GETTING MY COLT M16A1 RETRO REISSUE TO WORK

Charlie's provides new higher receivers, the factory rifle get-offs have exam fired by Colt.  Higher receivers are choose-offs from out with the box rifles in addition to are acquired as higher receiver assemblies.  The two are 100% similar.  We don't ship in Colt manufacturing facility box.I cleaned the one I snagged yesterday this early mornin
